SORRY DEAR, THIS IS ONE TIME I HAVE TO SAY NO.

I was at the clinic, waiting for my turn when my phone rang. It was from my wife. She enquired how was my back and I told her it still hurts and I was at the clinic to have a check up. She  told me to quit all my outdoors activities and if I do not listen to her,she will not bother with  me anymore.  Please lah dear, it's like asking me not to breathe. Or taking a fish out of the water. surely it will die.  Hiking is something I love. I don't want to end up like some uncles sitting in the coffee shops day in, day out.  I promised I will more careful in future ok?  Hope she will understand .
