Just had the most exciting event. Nearly 2000 people attended this event which was billed as the biggest Body combat event in Malaysia. It made it to the Malaysian books of record. Met some of my hiking friends there as well. I am glad I could attended this big event.This is one of the few things I wanted to do before I turned 60 this oct. The other event I will be looking forward will be the rebooke challenge which will be held in september. A few weeks ago I went for the Brooke challenge,just to have an insight what it was all about and to prepare myself mentally for the coming events.
