We had make prior arrangement to meet at Asoka at Bukit tinggi. when I reached there this morning at around 7.20am it was closed. Of course today is deepavali, so I called Irene to informed her of a change of venue. After having our breakfast at a nearby restaurant we headed for Broga and reached there at around 9.30am and boy was the place crowed with people. there was hardly any place to park, so we waited awhile .We could see many people was already on their way down and heading for their cars.
Once the cars were parked we made our way uphill and when my wife saw how "high" the hill was she wanted to give up but I keep encouraging her not to give up. After some effort she finally made it to the first peak and was determine she would go no further. so I left her to rest at the fisrt peak while the rest of us continue to the last peak and then headed back to where she was. on the way down we stopped by a fruit stall which was justed open. A very wise decision to set up a stall there as people will be dying to get a drink or something to bite after their tiring hike up the hill and down. We chat a bit with the stall owner and after which we make our way to a nearby restaurant for our lunch.
