It has been quite a while since I went hiking, so last sunday I arranged with my friend Peter to climb at a nearby hill which is just a short drive from where I stayed .
Gunung Pulai which stands at almost 700m high is a very popular recreation forest where folks comes far as Johor Baru and Singapore especially during holidays and weekends. Our Plan was to scale the hill then on our way down to go to the water fall,
but there was a changed of plan when my friend Peter met some new friends and offered to bring them to a nearby shop for lunch. I noticed my friend seems to know everyone and everyone seems to know him. He is ever ready to makes new friends and quick to ask them for their contact number and they don't seems to have any problem in giving out their contact number. I really admire him for his guts. I could never do that. By the way he is a teacher by profession.Could that be the reason for his boldness? I make it a point that I must at least have met a person after three meetings before I add them or accept them when they add me on facebook. As for contact number unless it is necessary, or if they offer request for mine first. What do you think?

yes, cute dog. it belongs to one of the hikers. I have one just like that back home.
