Speaking of body pump, I have not been to class for quite a while now.

These days just not motivate enough to attend the body pump class. could it be the instructor?  I never missed the pump class in the past,but since my sifu no longer teaches it  now. She used to teaches both body combat and pump and I will go for her back to back classes on Friday nights.  These days it depends on my mood.

Almost everyone was excited yesterday to watch the esclipse of the sun.
