Sunday's special

My son is working late today, and don't feel like eating out. So today we are eating out of the can again.
It's mushroom soup with hotdog.(I know I am a bit crazy when it comes to cooking) ,steam hotdog and crab stick and goes with french toast. My son just loved mushroom so I make sure there is more of that.
 So that was our dinner.. another meal taken care of. My bloger friend Hayley says " Simple but made with love, surely taste good!" no wonder my son doent complain.

Happiness is being appeciated

Just prepare a simple meal for my son and I.  This evening 's menu was yee mee and steam fish.
I am never stingy when it comes to ingredients. I will put what ever stuff I can find in the frige.
Usually it's button mushrooms, hotdogs, crab stick etc. Tonight I add in prawn which I got it back home during my last trip home.  I will always use garlics, and now I include a little bit of ginger in all my cookings. We stayed nearby the factory where both of us worked and we seldom eat out. My son preferred home cooked meal. So I have to do a father's duty to make sure he has a good meal. One thing I appreciated about my son, he is never too fussy and eat what ever I cooked.

Everytime I dish out something my son always compliment me, saying Dad your cooking have improved. Now if that does not motivate you , I don't know what will.
