Cupping is an ancient Chinese method of causing local congestion. A partial vacuum is created in cups placed on the skin either by means of heat or suction. This draws up the underlying tissues. When the cup is left in place on the skin for a few minutes, blood stasis is formed and localized healing takes place.

Soon I found myself lying face down and she was placing cups all over my body, after she has introduce a lighter inside to induce heat. I could feel the suction on my skin which was quick painful.(Yes I admit I can't stand pain) Then she started telling me , see see, all the toxic coming out the whole bottle cup is turning white. I thought of shouting lady I don't have any eyes behind my head how to see? Anyway I was struggling with the pain and did not bother to response to her excitement.
After about ten minutes or so she started to remove the cups one by one, it was a good feeling needless to say. I don't know how it has help me, but from what I read in some of the blog, one is suppose to feel lighter? But one thing I know, I will have to bear with the bruises on my back for days to come.
