GOODBYE GYM

This is the last month where I will be at the gym. My gym membership expire this month and I will not be renewing it. Too much sad experience and I need sometime to heal my mind. 

 So I will be missing these two sifus Body combat class. Tonight I will be joining my last Body combat class.

 But I will still see my other sifu at other event like rock climbing and hiking.                

My tribute to sifu Irene Ang
