DINNER WITH A BEAUTY NAMED MAGGI

My son had gone back to our hometown without me this time. Due to the Hari Raya holidays and most of the muslim staff are away and the plant has shut down for maintenance work, yours truely have been instructed to keep an eyes on things. It is raining outside, the weather is cold, but the atmosphere is just right for a warm meal. Put on the music .Aah just perfect now to enjoy my meal in the company of a beauty named Maggi. surname Mee.

HOME ALONE AND SIMPLE DINNER

My Son, went back to our hometown this week without me. We usually travelled together,but this time since the GM wants to go back this week ,someone has to stay back to keep an eye on the factory. So yours truly has to become the sacrificial lamb.  Being alone I don't want to cook. I normally eat out, but so happen I wanted to see  another docter which my of my office worker recomended. The medicine given by the last doctor don't seems to do me much good.  I was told this docter is very good and his mother pay only one visit and she was well after a couple of days. So it was worth checking out. When I reached there the clinic was close and will reopen only late in the evening. Since the cake shop was just a few doors away, I went to check what other goodies they have. I ended up buying some for my dinner. The Durian mousse slide was fantastic, so was the butter puff.  For desert I had durian. Total damage was RM73.00 including the 5 durians I bought.

LONELY, I AM SO LONELY.

Coming home to an empty house sure is no fun. That was what happen to me when I returned home this trip. Usually my elder son will travel back with me, but this time he did not ,as he will be attending a seminar next saturday and so delayed his trip home. My wife went off to  accompany her girl friend to malacca to attend a forum. My second son when out with his wife  since morning and has not return yet. I was suppose to have dinner with my god daughter and even she has a last minute plan and so dump this old man.  I was looking forward to have a good time with my family and even took an extra leave due to the long week end.Now I am like a stranger in my own home. Some holiday this turn out to be. It had been a lousy day today.
. I am turning in early tonight as I need to get up early tomorrow morning for a hike.
seems like the only time I had fun is when I am out there on the hills or mountains with my hiking buddies.
