Emotion

Emotion is the complex psychophysiological experience of an individual's state of mind as interacting with biochemical and environmental influences. In humans, emotion fundamentally involves "physiological arousal, expressive behaviors, and conscious experience".^[1] Emotion is associated with mood, temperament, personality and disposition, and motivation. The English word 'emotion' is derived from the French word émouvoir. This is based on the Latin emovere, where e- (variant of ex-) means 'out' and movere means 'move'.^[2] The related term "motivation" is also derived from the wordmovere. Read the rest of the description here  No one is spare from this and usually they cannnot hide it.  So is there any surprise even the celebrity and stars do filled with emotion.Maybe some of them does a good job in hiding them and the public has no idea what is going on.. However I notice in our local scene, people do express it out when ever they are down, .Whether they are just common people or someone famous, they just want let the whole world knows it. After all they are just human.Maybe letting it out is a way of releasing that tention or to get attention. Usually  their problem has got to do with love. Ah.. Cupid  spares no one not even the rich and famous. One would think so what if you fail in your love , just get over it and find someone new. I guess we can never understand unless we are in their shoes. I suppose they are very serious and faithfull in their love, That is why they are so frustrated when it appear their loves is failing or someone is about to walk out of their lives.  By the way guys are equally emotion, though for various reason, not necessary love.   What do you think?  

I am thankful for the love of my life, my wife of  over 28 years plus. Come November, will be our 29th Anniversary. Sure we had our ups and down, but we had learnt over the years to work things out. Reformat,Erase, Reboot

One of my facebook friend put this on her status "I wish i can 'reformat' myself....
Forget & Delete what ever n restart again...." Well it is possible to reformat your harddrive ,but for human it is not possible. There was a movie call total recall where the hero went to a special clinic where his momories was erase against his will and he was given a new memory.  Of course this is just a fantacy until such thing become a reality.  Of course my comments  to my friend was "what ever bitter memories /experiences are there to help us to learnt from it and avoid them but atlas easier said than done" At one time I too have this desire and wish to have all bad memories erase from my mind, for I too had been hurt many a time. we all have heartache and hurt but there is no way we can have them erase from our mind.In fact from time to time we might even recall them. The best we could do is to keep our self occupied and try not to remember these bitter past and move on. Instead focus on the good times. Just because we had bad experience with some people does not mean all others are bad and we should avoid them. I am sure there are many good people worthy of our friendship out there.
